funny thing is
xm came and look for me @11am++ after he went office
he's on MC too!
slight fever, stomach bloated
i guess i spread my germs to him on wed night. muahah.

my back begins to hurt even badly in the afternoon,
all the ointment, koyoz, dun seem to work anymore

my mum brought me to another sinseh opp my hse.

the sinseh did an accupunture on me!

super painful especially when she poke the more aching parts
it's so 酸！
I dun dare to move or tense my muscles, cos i can feel the needles and I scare they break! (xm says: u read and watch too many period dramas le...)

the sinseh was saying
"aiyo, you so young, so weak, here pain there pain, next time old le how..."

ah xian: "sob sobz...."

No more backaches for me today
woo hoo!
I dun mind small pain as long as it's effective~

bugs & aches

wednesday wasn't a very good day for me
other that trying desperately to finish my f/up,
I practically vomitted all my lunch out at the client's place.
But I had no fever or break out in cold sweat, so I tot nothing about it.
until...
my lower back begins to ache badly..
I have had backaches before but not persistently aching like this

i called my mum to book a sinseh appointment and went back to office to put my heavy files and papers before gg to the sinseh.

upon reaching the office, the 1st thing or rather smell that greeted me
was ”麦当当“！On normal days, I will say, "woooo, 好香啊~“
but not today...
the smell of the oily food immediately puts me off and felt the immediate urge to puke..
I just threw my stuff at my table, ignoring the seniors who waved at me, and walked quickly to the toilet, and it all came out.
Yucks!

@ the sinseh

the sinseh felt my pulse and concluded that I got gastric flu. I asked him abt my backache, he said, caused by my gastric flu, full stop.

I was like tniao...gastric flu, i should have gone to the western doc and take MC liao..

i tot he will see and press my back abit

anyway, I just took the chinese medicine in powder form and went back home.

barely ate some porridge and ate the smelly medicine..
I was feeling worse at night..
threw up again
finally went to the western doc
got an MC and anti-vomit medicine

Curse of the Flapping soles & Broken Straps Shoes

I have a bad case with my shoes recently.

Case 1:
Last monday, the glue of my shoes was no longer sticky and half the shoe sole just came out. I had to pratically "pilii pillii pliak pliak" my way home from work. =(

Case 2:
All my black shoes are rather high. Thus, when my low heeled shoes's sole (see Case1) came off. I changed and pia to AMK Hub to buy a new pair.

After storming into various shoe shops in my hungry stomach, I finally settled on 1 pair of peep toe shoes with back straps. And off I went home for dinner with my pretty new shoes.

Sadly, the joy was not for long.

Yesterday, while walking around in office, the hook of my right shoe broke off! and it's only the 3rd or 4th time I'm wearing it!! #!@%!@^%@#)(@#&#(@#*&@!# mORE "pillii pilli pliak pliak"...

I went back to the same shoe shop branch which have an outlet in Raffles Place to exchange for a new pair. Boy was i glad that the shop assistant readily exchange a new pair for me. But she said: "you better don't choose back the same pair, otherwise, if it broke again, we won't change for you."

So I went looking around, but i choose back the same design again, cos all others aren't tt nice and I was thinking, " i won't be so suay 1" and left the shop in my new, same design, shoe.

been shopping alot over the weekend, though i'm quite broke now.
been pretty much of an AMK Hub girl now, shopping for working clothes, casual clothes, shoes, groceries, taiwan street snacks, sushi, can all be found there! hoho.

anyway there's this new korean shop in AMK HUb, near the bus interchange and Toast Box, called Beauty Credit..
well the name sounds cheesy, and ya not v appealing.

on a Happier note

ah Dear's bday was last friday

lovely me surprised him at his door at 12.05am armed with my
barang barang of changed clothes, shoes, makeup, laptop, YaDah YadAh
and of cos,
A lovely mango cake n bday song from me!

anyway,
another surprise awaits dear in his office

for dinner, well, instead of expensive dinners, we went for something unconventional
yet it's our fav meal.
