Standard Chartered Run 2007!

Finally, this is it!

it's my 3rd time running 10km!
*yaya kid*

hee, but this year, I'm running alone though~
1st yr, I got my roomie & fang to pei me
2nd yr got roomie, fang, & Jules
3yr only me
rooomie 'upgrade' to 21.1km *gasp*
fang still in her lala land while I'm sweating like mad

heh

but both me n roomie were satisfied from the run today!
great sense of achievement man!

2h 45min (so li hai!)

1h25min (i think, improvement by 5min!=P)

plus
i love the colour of this year's singlet BB BLue
awwwwww~~~~

though I'm abit sian of the route this year
hmm maybe next yr aim for 21.1km?
or 42km?? :P

while we were sitting at the grass patch relaxing and later, drinking kopi at Ya Kun

I ran with him from this spot (i.e. esplanade bridge) to the finishing point at the Padang!

he wanted to walk until the last 100m then dash..
oops.

Last friday, 23rd Nov

I failed my driving test again..
this time immediate failure

but well hope I can pass next time!

finally my make-up brushes from elf have arrived!
only abt US$ 1 - 2 per brush
so cheap!
but of cos..
the bristles are not even soft like body shop's brushes
but better than those you buy in Sasa

after my driving test,
i went to orchard for some retail therapy
just as i was coming up from the escalator in tangs
I saw ah lian & Paw!
so qiao!
hee so we went shop shop together
paw got a big red longchamp bag & lian got her benetint!
hahaha but i ended up w nothing
except a full stomach from coffee club's chicken pie and chocolate mousse cake =)

after that,
I met minz for dinner
we went to this restaurant,
Kushigin Japanese Restaurant
which was recommend on

Bacon w asparagus (2nd best)
chicken ball
some meat with leek
& garlic pork (my fav!)

we even ordered warm sake
for me to drown my sorrows~
but sake is really yucky!
very strong and hard to swallow
so much for drowning sorrow
it made me more arghz from drinking!

min told me after that,
according to his jap hairstylist,
cold sake is better!!

24th nov, sat

met jingwei (left) for shopping at orchard
and da hua (right) joined us after that

we headed to this open air BBQ seafood place at pandan road!
the food is yummy!
especially the BBQ stingray
the chilli is power!

we later went to The Daily Scoop @ sunset way for ice cream!

during the week
met ah ser to go for gym together for yoga class
the instructor is pretty fast
and both of us had a hard time catching up!
but the instructor is nice
noticed that we were 1st timers,
she will come over & help us
and she encouraged us to come next week =)
and it's set!
ah ser n me gg to yoga on tues!Again!

30th Nov, Fri
the mayflower ppl met on fri to gather for dinner @ Holland V XO fishhead noodles
no photos from my side though =P
maybe i was too hungry to take my HP to take photo

after tt we went essential brew to chill out


but the drinks were no longer as good as it used to be

while we were heading tothe carpark
we saw this retro 'bread' van!
so cute

we went over to suntec area to buy ingrdients for carbo loading pasta dinner
which chef xian is cooking and to collect my adidas shorts for sunday's run!
