Learning to deal with stress

High volume of work is anticipated in the forth coming weeks. So..........

1st reso of 2006:
- must learn to deal with stress
- cannot take it out on ppl around me
- and must be focus and Concentrate!!!!!!!!! for goodness sake.... stop reading online forums, blogs and msn-ings.

CheeRs to more work, less sleep, more rage, less kindness, more unreasonable, less forgiving, more stubborn, less compromising, more grumbling, less concern etc etc.
