treetop

went treetop with that whiny boy on 8th oct morning. it started to rain juz as i stepped outta hse at 815! I woke up earli on a sunday morning and yet it rained! DAMN!! thus, i suggested to go for breakfast 1st since, it's raining. but apparently, the rain stopped while we r having breakfast and yes, someone niao-ed me for being a "tan chi" girl. For goodness sake....

finally breakfast done and we headed off to mac reservoir.
dunno i'm jinxed for the day or wad... it started to rain heavily when we alighted at the bus stop! piangz........cannot believe it.......

Nevertheless, determined to go on this treetop walk, we decided to wait for the rain to become lighter (is this how's it's said? i wonder. but u know wad i mean)... n we embark on our trail.



ground was realli muddy and we practically gotta jump across puddles and stepped into mud every now n then.



i took this when i was looking up. sun was shining bright through the leaves. it's so beautiful...really a rare sight in this concrete jungle. :)

after much climbing and panting, we managed to reach the treetop walk!
the view from the suspended bridge!


anyway this is the significant other party that niao-ed me along the way.


i had to bear with remarks such as:
when i was climbling up a steep slope, panting like hell, he said:
" ah - ma(grandma, old hag), why are u so slient (hello, i'm panting like hell, how to talk~) say something lei. y u walk so slow"
when i suggested breakfast, he said:
" all ya fault la, wake up so late, go for what breakfast, so tan-chi (glutton). see la now rain stop"

*shake head*

yes,
i'm "ah-ma" and i can't climb without panting.
and yes, i'm a glutton
